Installation process
We measure every pane, check glass type and thickness, and confirm the film will bond correctly. Laminated, tempered and single-pane glass all behave differently.
We agree switch positions and the route for concealed wiring, then coordinate with your electrician or ours.
Film is cut to your exact measurements within 2 mm, including cut-outs for handles, patches and locks.
Glass is stripped of old film, cleaned and de-greased. Dust is the single biggest cause of a poor finish, so this stage takes time.
Film is wet-applied and squeegeed out to remove air and solution. Bus bar edges are sealed and tucked into the frame.
The transformer is mounted, controls are connected, and we test every switching cycle in front of you.
